Melina Matthews was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She is fluent in Spanish, English, French, Catalan and also some Italian. She has worked in many features, including Spanish-Canadian “The Returned” and is more known of the international audience as the voice of “Mama“.
After graduating from college where she studied journalism, Melina combined acting with behind the camera work, from production to dialogue coaching. She is also the host of Sitges Fantastic Film Festival.
